Thriller Nights Refunds policy change from 1st January 2010. Deposits are non refundable and must be paid up front on booking, otherwise place/s cannot be reserved. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed. If you have paid in full for an event and have to pull out less than 14 days before the event, we can only refund your money if we are able to resell your place/s, less the non refundable deposit amount. The "no refund" policy for anyone requested to leave an event for any reason attributed to their own behavior or failure to comply to our rules remains the same. We were offered exclusive access to a building that is closed down and due to be demolished soon. We kept the location secret until now - we reveal all in our report! Thriller Nights now has two new pieces of experimental paranormal/physical mediumship equipment (Spirit Portal and Spirit Trumpet) which we have been trying to get for some time. Thanks to my wonderful spirit guide and soulmate "Spectrum", we now have the Portal after he told me he will help me make one, led me to B&Q to get the materials we needed, and helped me make it when we got home, and thanks to Hafan-Y-Coed for helping us source and obtain the Trumpet.
