Allow your mind to relax and forget about all your worries. Now symbolically stand and walk to the door, open it and walk through. Close the door and walk down a pretty country footpath. Ahead is a small woodland which you walk into. You can hear the birds and smell the spring flowers that grow along the path. In a small clearing is a pretty little church. Walk to the church and knock on the ornate wooden door. The door opens and your Spirit Guide welcomes you as you step inside. Your guide leads you to a seat which has your name on. You sit on the seat. He brings you a book to read which has important information for you. You read the book and your guide then gives you a scroll of knowledge to keep. You thank your guide and he leads you back to the church door. Now you walk back to the woods and to your own door. Open the door, enter it and sit on your chair. Breather gently and slowly and come back from your journey. You are relaxed and enlightened, and ready to face the rest of the day.
