~ SPIRITUAL SHIELDING~

This is a technique for creating a protective 'force field' around yourself to keep out unwanted energy,
which could consist of unwanted psychic energies, nasty spirit entities, or negative energy directed at you.
Useful for those who feel they are being targeted by negative energy or psychic vampirism and need additional protection.
The method I use is to visualize a bubble of light and positive energy around myself.

Close your eyes and imagine you are surrounded by a beautiful bubble of bright light, it can be white or any colour you are comfortable with,
it can even be multi coloured like mine! This bubble is like a cocoon which you can go into any time you need to.
You can make it a personal safety barrier for yourself alone, or you can do as I do and allow/invite your own guide/s and angels to join you inside.
It is not a trap or inescapable barrier, you and those you allow inside can leave and return as often as needed,
and you can continue with your normal routine, send out positive/healing energy etc from inside.

Although this bubble is extremely powerful and effective, some people may feel it`s not quite enough.
If this is the case create your bubble then surround the bubble with an invisible but indestructable one way mirrored wall,
with the mirrored surface facing outwards- keeping those inside safe and shielded but not allowing anything or anyone else in without your permission. Any negative energy or spiritual/psychic attack bounces straight back off the surface and disintegrates into harmless vapour,
so it can`t cause any harm or return where it came from in order to be sent back in your direction!

Sadly a few people may feel they are constantly bombarded with negative energy or psychic vampirism,
so sometimes it may be neccessary to send the energy back where it came from and use it as a weapon against the attacker.
Create your bubble and place the mirror wall around it, but ask for any negative energy or attack to convert to positive energy on impact,
and then for it to bounce straight back to where it came from in love and light.
Ask for it to neutralise the negativity of the originator so they become incapable of further nasty attacks or interferance.

There are many ways to protect yourself spiritually and psychically.
I have described my personal techniques which work very well for me and many others.
You may use these quite happily, or you might find eventually you are able to create your own methods which will work just as well for you.
There are no right or wrong ways, what feels right for you, will be right for you!
( I know someone who prefers to place herself in an invisible "body bag"... well, it works for her! )

However it is essential that you trust and believe in the power of protection in order for it to work,
if you don`t believe and trust 100% that it will work, it won`t!
You also need to believe your protection is greater and stronger than any negative person, entity or energy that may come your way.
If you believe they are capable of causing you harm or discomfort, they will be...
if you tell yourself you are safe (and believe it), you will be capable of defending yourself from them.
