First thing in the morning say a few words to thank God (or whatever your beliefs are), your guide/s and angel/s for bringing you safely through the night, then ask them to remain with you and help, guide and protect you through the day. At the end of the day thank them for their protection and ask them to help you get through the night safely. Believe and trust in what you are asking, you will be heard and you will be protected, once you ask, it is done!
