~ DOWSING RODS ~

Dowsing Rods are fairly easy to use, but first you will need to ask the rods to show you how they will react to your questions, by giving you the positions in which they will answer you. Your rod positions may not be the same as others, what they get for "Yes", "No" etc may be the opposite, or completely different, to yours... or they may be the same. A piece of paper or note book and pen/pencil is useful for this part.

Begin by standing straight with your feet firmly on the ground. Hold the rods loosely, one in each hand, so they face away from you.
Making sure the rods are straight and steady, begin to ask questions.

First ask the rods to show you "Yes" and allow them to move (without influencing them) to their Yes position and make a note of it.

Next ask them to show you "No" and allow them to move freely as before, making a note of their final No position.

You could double check these answers now, by asking questions which you know are definitely Yes or No answers.

You might think that`s about all they can do, but they can show you a lot more than this!
Now ask them to show you "Maybe" and allow them to change position then note it down.

You might now want to ask them for a "Don`t Know", so go ahead and do so as before.

Now you have the main positions you might want to try the rods out on a little practise exercise.
Try pointing them so they don`t face the door/window etc (your choice) then ask them to point to the door/window etc.
Then you could ask them to point to another person or an object in the room,
but make sure you give them the name of who/what they are aiming for!
Try them out and get to know how they work and so the energy builds up so you can work with them.

Originally Dowsing Rods were used to help find water, missing people/items etc, and were very successful at doing so
(and still are to those who continue using them in this way).

Some people work with the rods and their own sub- concious, others work with their spirit guide/s and angel/s using the rods as a tool,
either way is fine but personally I use the rods as another means of communicating with my spirit guide.
Using our rods he has helped me find countless lost items, answered many questions, solved or educated me on several paranormal related issues… plus we have a lot of fun with them as he has devised other rod positions for personal things like a hug!

You can get rods with tubes over the handles or just plain handles. With the tubes it makes it more difficult to influence the rods- even unknowingly, and so this is the best type to use (especially as it makes it less likely to be accused of cheating, as we have experienced in the past!).
The downside of this is that these rods tend to be more expensive than plain ones. But we have overcome this by placing empty
ball point pen tubes over the handles, it works just as well for a fraction of the cost!

As with all spiritual communication tools it is best to have your own rods, so you only work with your own energy and not mixed up from other users. However don`t despair, Utopia has a few pairs for members to use should they be needed.
